Monastère de Santa Clara à Velha

Cette église gothique a été construite à la commande d'Isabelle d'Aragon, la reine Sainte-Isabelle, en 1283. L'endroit où le monastère a été construit était un mauvais choix, en raison de l'inondation de la rivière Mondego. Il a été abandonné en 1677, en se déplaçant les religieuses Clarisse qui vont au Couvent de Santa Clara a Nova, passent très près de là.

De Mai à Septembre, il est ouvert de 10h à 19h. Entre Avril et Octobre, le monastère ouvre ses portes de 10h à 17h.

Ils vous permettent d'entrer jusqu'à 45 minutes avant la fermeture. Il ne nous laisse pas passer, et nous avons constaté que la visite dure entre 45 minutes à 1 heure et demie, selon ce que vous faîtes. Alors allez-y, si vous avez le temps nécessaire.

C'est très proche de "Dos Pequeñitos".

Fermé le lundi, le 1er Janvier, le 1er Mai et le 25 Décembre.
