Sheriffmuir est un de ces endroits...

Sheriffmuir est un de ces endroits d'Ecosse qui sont difficiles à décrire. On Pourrait le définir comme une plaine entre les montagnes, comme un lieu historique, comme parc naturel et bien sûr comme un lieu fantastique pour faire de la randonnée.
Il si situe entre les villages de Bridge of Allan et Dunblane, et il y a quelques plaines à pouvoir accéder après avoir monté les montagnes qui se trouvent dans la zone mentionnée. Ici, a eu lieu une bataille (1715) qui porte le même nom que lorsque les soulèvements jacobites se sont produites.
La première chose de ce lieu qui impressionne est que nous semblons être perdu au milieu de nulle part, et la seconde, c'est que tout est beau, fusionné en un seul endroit: montagnes, lacs, rivières, prairies et forêts. Presque à chaque fois que je suis venu ici, je n'ai jamais vu d'autres visiteurs ou touristes. Il y a de plus une auberge traditionnelle, où on peut bien boire et manger, mais ce sera un endroit différent.

Sheriffmuir est l'un de ces endroits où l'on peut s'exiler du monde pour quelques heures s'intégrer dans la plus pure des natures.
