Chaque fin d'avril, un grand festival...

Chaque fin d'avril, un grand festival de plusieurs jours a lieu à Patan. Un arbre est monté sur un énorme chariot en bois et les gens tirent ce chariot à l'aide de cordes pour le déplacer. Ce chariot va effectuer chaque jour un voyage. Tout au long de ce voyage, les cordes seront passées au dessus des toits et dans les rues un cortège l'accompagne. Selon la tradition, si un camion à benne arrive, c'est un symbole annonçant les malheurs.
