Quand t'est dans le désert...

Partagée entre les départements actuels de l'Yonne, la Nièvre, la Côte d'Or et la Saône et Loire, le Morvan est surtout un no man's land à la densité de population digne du désert de Gobi. Très peu peuplé, il n'en est pas moins un foyer de population depuis le Néolithique (soit 8000 ans avant nous autres).
C'est ce qu'explique l'écomusée du Morvan dès l'entrée par l'intermédiaire d'une bande dessinée complète qui retrace l'histoire du lieu, et de sa courageuse population. Dans la seconde salle, un panorama détaillé des activités humaines d'hier et d'aujourd'hui, de la géologie et de la végétation des différentes parties de ce désert humain.

Ne serait ce que pour se perdre dans cette belle région vallonée, verte, et quelque peu pluvieuse (ceci expliquant cela), l'écomusée du Morvan mérite le coup d'oeil. Il vous faudra accéder à Saint Brisson, dans la Nièvre, et vous pourrez profiter du musée et de la maison du Morvan qui vous donnera tout un panel d'activités touristiques morvandelles.
