Bus Ado

Don't pay in US dollars! It is a rip-off. We arrived at Playa Del Carmen's bus station to take the bus to Cancun airport. We wanted to take the next bus: in that case, you cannot pay by credit or debit card, only cash. We did not have any pesos left. US dollars were accepted, but we were asked 30 US dollars for 230 pesos (two tickets). The official rate was at 18.5 pesos per US dollars. I told the cashier lady that it should be 25 dollars maximum. She did not accept that and refused to give us back the 5 $ (even in pesos). This is really a shame, and really not correct from the company. They just take advantage of people, and this is not a way to provide a service fairly.

Les bus ADO sont grands, ils se trouvent à Cancun, au Mexique. Les prix des billets ne sont pas très chers. Ils organisent des excursions, ainsi vous pouvez aller vers les ruines mayas de Tulum et Coba ou encore vers la plage de Carmen. Il y a des bus qui partent toutes les 10 minutes, c'est très pratique.
