A quelques minutes de Bordeaux centre, sur la rive droite, se trouve l'agréable petite commune de Bouliac. Ilot paisible loin de l'agitation du centre ville, Bouliac et ses quelques 3000 habitants sont extrêmement fiers de sa réputation de village, de son calme et de son patrimoine. Véritable "ville à la campagne", Bouliac jouit d'une situation privilégiée: situé à quelques 76 mètres d'altitude, elle surplombe toute la région bordelaise, la Garonne, les vignes et les coteaux, et c'est précisément cette situation qui lui a valu le surnom de "balcon fleuri de Bordeaux". Très réputée pour sa gastronomie, en particulier grâce au célèbre Saint James, magnifique complexe hôtelier dirigé par un grand chef, et ses vins d'exception, le village a donc su forger sa renommée, et est aujourd'hui très apprécié par les bordelais.

Une bonne alternative pour ceux qui connaîtraient déjà le centre !
